Available in direct thermal grades — Eco (BPA-free) or Top-coated (produced without bisphenol chemistry) and thermal transfer materials, they deliver excellent print clarity and durability for logistics and industrial use.

A: DT Eco is BPA-free. DT Top-coated grades are produced without bisphenol chemistry, so they are BPA-, BPS-, and phenol-free. If you need phenol-free media, choose Top-coated DT (data sheets available on request).
A: Yes — 102 × 102 mm labels are compatible with most desktop and industrial printers from Zebra, TSC, Citizen and Toshiba. Select the correct core size for your model: 25 mm / 38 mm (desktop) or 76 mm (industrial).
A: Direct Thermal paper isn’t waterproof. For long-term or outdoor use, choose Thermal Transfer synthetics such as polypropylene or polyester, printed with a wax-resin or resin ribbon for added durability.
A: Use Freezer-grade permanent for chilled or frozen goods, and Removable for short-term labelling (e.g. reusable totes or retail displays).
Compatibility: Freezer adhesive is available with Top-coated DT and TT Paper; Removable is not available with TT Polyester or Tamper-evident materials.
A: Yes — we produce a full range of thermal printer labels, including 100 × 100 mm, 101.6 × 101.6 mm (4×4″) and 101.6 × 152.4 mm (4×6″). Custom sizes are also available on request.
