A: DT Eco is BPA/BPS-free. DT Top-coated is BPA/BPS-free and phenol-free. If you specifically require phenol-free media, choose Top-coated DT (data sheets available on request).
A: These 150 × 100 mm labels run wide-edge leading, so they require a printer with a 6-inch-wide printhead. They’re ideal for industrial models such as the Zebra ZT410 / ZT411, TSC MH-series, Citizen CL-S700 and Toshiba B-EX4. They won’t fit smaller desktop units like the Zebra GK420D / ZD421, which are designed for 4-inch-wide media.
A: Direct Thermal paper isn’t waterproof. For outdoor or long-term applications, choose Thermal Transfer synthetics such as polypropylene or polyester, printed with a wax-resin or resin ribbon.
A: Use Freezer-grade permanent for chilled or frozen storage, and Removable for short-term or repositionable use (e.g. warehouse bins or reusable totes).
Compatibility: Freezer is available with Top-coated DT and TT Paper; Removable is not available with TT Polyester or Tamper-evident materials.
A: Yes — we produce many related formats, including 100 × 100 mm, 101.6 × 152.4 mm (4×6″) and 76 × 38 mm. We can also manufacture custom sizes to your specification.
