A: DT Eco is BPA/BPS-free. DT Top-coated is BPA/BPS-free and phenol-free. If you specifically require phenol-free media, choose Top-coated DT (data sheets available on request).
A: Yes — 101.6 × 101.6 mm (4×4″) labels are compatible with most desktop and industrial thermal printers, including Zebra, TSC, Citizen and Toshiba models. Choose the correct core: 25 mm / 38 mm for desktop, or 76 mm for industrial printers.
A: Direct thermal paper isn’t waterproof. For outdoor or long-term use, select Thermal Transfer synthetics such as polypropylene or polyester, printed with a wax-resin or resin ribbon for maximum durability.
A: Use Freezer-grade permanent for chilled or frozen goods, and Removable for short-term applications like reusable trays or totes.
Compatibility: Freezer is available with Top-coated DT and TT Paper; Removable is not offered with TT Polyester or Tamper-evident materials.
